Cut data center cooling energy without touching uptime

Cooling can account for 30–40% of a data center's electricity. Eco Pulsar restores refrigerant efficiency across CRAC, CRAH and chilled-water systems — with zero downtime and no equipment modification.

THE CHALLENGE

Data centers run their cooling plant continuously, every hour of every day. That relentless duty cycle is exactly the condition under which refrigerant efficiency degrades fastest — and where small inefficiencies scale into large, permanent electricity costs.

Cooling is 30–40% of total load

After the IT load itself, cooling is the single largest consumer of power in most facilities — and the largest controllable one.

24/7/365 operation accelerates degradation

Compressors that never rest see refrigerant electron balance drift continuously, so COP quietly slips below spec over months and years.

PUE and ESG pressure is rising

Operators are under constant pressure to lower Power Usage Effectiveness and report carbon reductions to customers and regulators.

HOW ECO PULSAR APPLIES

Restoring refrigerant efficiency in your existing system

Eco Pulsar treats the refrigerant inside your existing CRAC, CRAH and chiller circuits using ERT (Electron Replace Technology) — restoring the molecular electron balance that degrades under continuous operation.

Because the unit installs alongside existing equipment and requires no cutting, recharging, or shutdown, it is compatible with uptime-critical, concurrently-maintainable environments. Nothing in the cooling path is modified.

As refrigerant efficiency is restored, compressors deliver the same heat removal for less electrical work — directly lowering cooling energy and improving PUE.

What savings can a data center expect?

Eco Pulsar is already deployed in data-center environments within its 200+ site installed base. Continuous-duty cooling is where ERT tends to perform at the upper end of its range, though exact savings depend on plant age and baseline efficiency.

Estimated cooling-energy reduction

Estimated range based on typical ERT performance on continuous-duty cooling systems and Eco Pulsar's verified 15–20% results in comparable applications. Not a site-specific measurement — a free on-site verification test establishes your actual baseline before any commitment.

WHY IT FITS DATA CENTERS

No downtime to install

Fits concurrently-maintainable and uptime-critical facilities.

Lower PUE

Less cooling energy for the same IT load improves your efficiency ratio.

Works with existing plant

Complements CRAC, CRAH and chilled-water systems — no rip-and-replace.

Reportable carbon reduction

Lower kWh translates directly into ESG and Scope 2 reductions.
